🌍 Keep Tempe Beautiful - Tempe Town Lake North Cleanup Recap! 🌍 Today, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., we had the privilege of coming together at Tempe Town Lake North for another impactful cleanup! 🚮 Big shoutout to our incredible volunteers from @OmegaPhiAlpha at ASU, @TheHillmanGroup, @NorthernTrust, Next Generation Service Corps at ASU and the @Slalom Green Team! 🙌 Cheers to our Beverage Sponsor - Tempe Sister Cities and the @FourPeaksOkto Production Team! Their generous donation of remaining drinks from the 50th anniversary Oktoberfest was immensely appreciated. 🍻 A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Jessica Arner for stepping up as our day chair volunteer. Your dedication made a difference! ❤️ By the numbers: - 74 amazing volunteers 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️ - 99 hours of combined service ⏰ - 133 pounds of trash collected 🗑️ - 52 pounds of trash & 4 pounds of cigarette butts diverted to recycling ♻️ A massive THANK YOU to everyone involved.
