The #FastEasyCrew were back in the forest after winter training at the excellent @PT_O_Meeting personal milestone performances from Euan and Immy - still only juniors but looking comfortable amongst some notable senior elite competition. Wins also for Robbie M16 and Freya W18.

🥈at the British Night Champs yesterday - couldn't add another gold this year, beaten by someone 22 years younger than me (who I coach!).

Armagh 5 km yesterday. 24th in 14.04 (2.49 min/km). 1 s behind my (pre super shoes) road PB and 19 s off my track PB. Since the start of November, 96 minutes of my training (sessions/strides/races etc.) has been faster than 3.00 mins/km. 96 minutes out of 143 hours. 1.1%.
