Happy to have contributed to this. Very few new IP's from high-profile developers have enthralled me like Pragmata, and I strongly believe that this game is going to be one of Capcom's mainstays.

I'm considering these 3 games an unofficial trilogy since they all have been very positively received and involve cool guys being dads to young girls.

Tomorrow’s releases of Tomodachi Life: Living the Dream and the physical version of Xenoblade X Switch 2 Edition should be the last things Nintendo is doing before revealing the theoretical new Star Fox. Other than that, we have enough Nintendo content to get us through to June.

When sulfur and cinnabar blocks were first revealed for Minecraft, I immediately thought of making a Mario with them. They're the right colors to make him with.

I believe that this week’s Nintendo Music update will come later than tonight with a new addition to Nintendo Classics. The next NC update could also come later in the month because this week and next week have new games releasing. These are just guesses.

I just got back from The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. As with the last movie, I had a great time and enjoyed it. There’s quite a few funny moments in there also. Overall, it’s a triumphant second entry in the Nintendo Cinematic Universe.

I am taking a break from Twitter until after I see The Super Mario Galaxy Movie to avoid spoilers on my timeline. I will be back on Saturday.

One year ago today, the final Nintendo Direct before the Switch 2 showcase aired and gave us the Nintendo Today! app. In the past year, the app has given us plenty of insight and surprises for Nintendo’s new and upcoming projects. Here’s to what the app will teach us in year 2!

Nintendo officially revealing Fox McCloud for the Mario Galaxy Movie gives me hope that Star Fox is making a comeback soon. After the movie comes out, I’m sure there will be new fans who’d want to explore Star Fox. It’s already on my bingo card for the next Direct.

I also see there being a $10 upgrade pack to this version for existing owners of the game like some Switch 2 Edition upgrades. Only time will tell on this.

I’m interested to see what upgrades aside from an obvious Switch 2 port Sonic Frontiers Definitive Edition would bring. All 3 of the big content updates the game had in 2023 were free, so I can’t imagine much beyond graphical improvements for Gen 9 consoles.

Nintendo’s next financial report is May 8th, so I would prefer the next Direct to be before or at most a week after that date so Nintendo and its investors can help keep interest in Nintendo’s products going. The Switch 2 should not be left to fade away this early in its life.

After The Super Mario Galaxy Movie releases in Japan one month from today, Nintendo’s top priority should be a huge general Direct revealing most of the rest of their 2026 plans, which should most importantly include a big game for the holiday season like a 3D Mario game.

I’ve been worried for and frustrated with Nintendo for a while now. The Switch 2 doesn’t have many system sellers right now, and outside of Pokémon, the only new games revealed since September have been two $5 Switch 2 Edition upgrades and two canceled Virtual Boy games.

Another week with a delayed Nintendo Music update. I’m guessing that this week will give us the new tracks from SMBW Switch 2 Edition + Meetup in Bellabel Park.

If Nintendo gives Fire Emblem and/or Rhythm Heaven release dates beyond the first week of June, then I will be okay with waiting until June to get a Direct that can reveal more brand-new games.
