It's time to unveil my radical, insane and irresponsible plan to save College Football. My Dream Conference Realignment. College Football will be organized into 9 Power Conferences (and 3 ind.), each of which will have 8 permanent members. Each conference will have 2 flex spots, which any given season will be filled by 2 teams promoted from the "feeder leagues" based on a rolling 2 or 3 year criteria.
