Great night at @PCCANJ Awards Dinner tonight. @PVHS_Hornets honored (7) 1st team All Passaic County athletes! Dante Benvenuti was named 2026 Passaic County Athlete of the Year! 1st time since 1999 PVHS has had an Athlete of the Year! Congrats to these guys! You all made PV Proud!

CONGRATULATIONS ROCCO TESTA! This 11th Grade, Shot-Put Star, qualified for the NJSIAA MEET OF CHAMPIONS! The state championship finals of track and field will take place on Wednesday at 2pm down at PennsaukenHS. Congratulations & GOOD LUCK Rocco! You continue to make PV Proud!

LILY ALLMENDINGER is now the all time leader in hits for Passaic County! With her 3-3 performance yesterday, Lily surpassed Jen Pawol from WMilford who held the record since 1995. Pawol is the 1st ever female umpire in MLB. Lily has 167 Hits & counting! @Cagey86 @VarsityAces

@PVHS_SPORTS softball advances in the NJSIAA tourney, with a first-round win on May 26. Olivia Marricone with a HR, and 3 RBI, Kylie Allmendinger and @Shea_Hill_23 each had 2 RBI. Lily Allmendinger the WP, 3 hit shutout. PV at Jefferson on May 28, in the sectional quarterfinals.

2026 PASSAIC COUNTY CHAMPION! Congratulations to Rocco Testa on his 1st place finish at the PCCA Championships in Shot Put! This 11th grader is now 1st team all county in both winter & spring track this year! Big things still to come for Rocco! #SwarmUp

@PVHS_SPORTS softball will now play in the county championship game on Friday, May 8, in a 4:30 p.m. start at Independence Field, in Riverdale. The game was originally set for May 9. @moaltch

Congratulations to Passaic Valley Softball. The Hornets advance to the Passaic County Championship Game beating Passaic Tech 7-2! Lily Allmendinger struck out 15 & hit 2 HRs & drove in 6 RBI. Lily also collected her 150th Career Hit! This kid is truly an MVP on & off the field!
