@Mb99091 @Cloudonachocobo yeah can confirm, they were eyeing Clive during Tekken 8 development because him and Jill had similar ideals in a way, and they kept updating Clive when his DLCs were announced

I’m a bit baffled at how Tekken 8 didn’t capitalize on Tifa who’s a character people have wanted in the game for years. This was easy money for them.

@Cloudonachocobo I do know the reason why don't think Im not paying attention, because Clive was considered during Tekken 8 Development but man imagine if that was Tifa? that would've been so peak

@Cloudonachocobo as much as I love the choice for Clive, it was strange because Rebirth and Tekken 8 were pretty close in year release, so I feel it would've been a good way to capitalize on both hype for Rebirth

“i don’t get why ppl want tifa in a fighting game” right cause why would anyone want one of the most popular martial artists & gaming icon who is loved for her fun combat in a fighting game

@Baylin_Todd Pokemon Go was my first pokemon game, but I didn't play it much because it needed wifi and I was playing on an ipad. I didn't know how to get wifi so I just kept gathering Bulbasaurs nearby my house
