Who says they pay h1b less ? Average salary in Silicon Valley for a h1b is 250k from the mag8 companies . I am just talking about the base pay not counting the RSUs and bonus. There are h1bs making 1-2 million per annum or more as well . Don’t believe everything what you read in social media. Do some research and find out the information .

Corporations don’t work for you or me . They work for the shareholders and board members . They want to get the work done for cheap and maximize the profits . So if no h1b then the jobs are for sure going to offshore . Already lots of jobs are already moving which means massive loss of revenue in terms of taxes . You want to make the offshore country rich?

For as useless as indians are in the US, they're even more useless in India where companies don't have the IP and other legal protections the US offers. It never works.
