The banks then assumed because the government was now going to guarantee the payment of the loan even if subprime borrowers defaulted that subprime borrowers were a profitable investment. The banks weren’t bailed out. They were given the money they were promised when the subprime mortgages failed. They use the news media to demonize and make an enemy of the banks that they had taken advantage of and bullied into crashing the market. The Democrats are the bad guys. Biden implemented something similar again just on a smaller scale and they have forced every single homeowner with a mortgage to pay an extra $40 a month to cover the cost of the defaults so that they don’t have to bail out banks that they forced into loaning people who are too risky money for a house. Democrats ruined the economy and then just 10 years later with Covid lockdowns and record inflation they ruined the economy again. I’m not going to tell you who to vote for, but I would suggest that you don’t vote for Democrats if you care about humanity, prosperity, and truth.
