5-4-3-2-1 Contest. Some of you are in the contest, so I'll post this. I picked my stocks for the contest today. There is one that is super cheap, and I put in a buy order for the Monday open. I also put in stink bids (Good Until Canceled) for the other stocks I have chosen. I went with 8 stocks at $900 each (approximately). I wanted to go with 5, but I could not find 3 to leave out. Lol. I will share them in a month or so. I don't want everyone to copy me. Note: For that one super cheap stock that I'm buying tomorrow at the open, someone told me they are putting all $7500 into that stock. I'll give you that name Saturday night on the next live podcast.

🏠 Devenir propriétaire est devenu un objectif presque inaccessible pour trop de Québécois. Les prix ont explosé et l’offre ne suit pas. Si on veut corriger la situation, il faut agir concrètement. Je propose que le gouvernement avance la mise de fonds jusqu’à la hauteur de 20% aux premiers acheteurs d’une propriété neuve, incluant l’autoconstruction. En ciblant uniquement les constructions neuves, on stimule directement les mises en chantier et on augmente l’offre. Ce n’est pas une subvention, c’est un prêt. Si l’État avance 20 % à l’achat, il récupérera 20 % du prix à la revente. Je propose donc d’enlever une barrière d’entrée pour les premiers acheteurs, en stimulant la construction de propriétés, le tout en ayant un impact très limité et potentiellement inexistant, sur les finances publiques.
