@BettaChecka I've worked a lot of manual labour, I used to have to run up and down ramps a lot for a job and never had issues with cardio or strength despite being on the chunky side So this was very new, I've never felt my body say "nope, fuck you" like that Yours sounds terrifying fml

@Pivotless I had a mental experience last night, I've been out of breath before but doing a practice rowing relay race had me breathing but getting no oxygen in, genuinely scary

first time in my life i've actually nearly passed out from physical work after not eating remotely close to enough having been overweight my entire life this has been a unique learning experience

@Ulliss39 i will endeavour to make less silly choices about my health in the future I like *not* getting extremely lightheaded while working next to open fryers and hot pans
