@PlayBreakout any news of you guys implementing custom games into the game any time soon, us as a community are begging out for it, look at @xPeteairo and his tournament today, the interaction and involvement can increase 10-fold, so any news of it happening?

Dear Players, We are aware of the current lobby issues on PlayStation and are already working on a fix. We hope to have the issues resolved as soon as possible!

Update: an Xbox patch is out now.

Dear Players, We have pushed out a small patch on PlayStation to fix a couple localization issues being experienced by some players. We will have information on a similar patch for Xbox as soon as we can.

@Pravorious I am happy to hear it's fixed itself! Also, thank you for the extra details, as any extra info can help us isolate issues such as this.

@PlayBreakout So it just fixed itself? It was like this for days. It was at the start. Like when you press the "A" button at the first screen in order to load into the main menu. It said can't connect to server. It seems to happen randomly? I am on Xbox Series X btw.

@Pravorious Hi again, Would you be able to provide a screenshot of where you are seeing this message? Others seem to be able to play at the moment. Restarting the app didn't help?

@JustAGamerT4g Hi Gamer I apologize for the inaccessibility, there isn't an issue that i'm aware of. I know you have already put in a ticket but please give them a bit more time, they may be having difficulty finding the origins of the issue.

@PlayBreakout Hey, is there any reason why I can't use cold sun and Riot cosmetic packs? I have downloaded them(I have year pass) just when I open up the game they are still locked. P.s I made a support ticket yesterday just no one replied so I'm asking here xD

@PlayBreakout hello I hope you can answer me where is the expected crossplay that is supposed to come out in season 2? And where are all the maps and content that was on the roadmap? because season 4 has come out empty and I just hope you make a new roadmap that you really fulfill

@OnQore Hi Cyber Seasons are usually ~3 months, however the last season was extended due to GWG on Xbox. So the extended time was to allow for that promotion and the work needed to support it.

@PlayBreakout So why didn't this new season include a new map on day one after 4 months of waiting for a new season???

@stainedpantsjha Hi Pants We are sorry for the confusion. We had a couple localization issues in the build. If you are on Playstation we pushed out a patch that should have helped that situation as well. If not please let us know. Xbox will have a similar one as soon as we can.

@hsibo1 Hi Hsibo Sorry for the confusion. We have noticed this and have pushed out a hotfix for it. After a restart it should cache the new version and the correct item should take the spot.
