Aww man. Our feed for the #Manncup2023 is awful. Why was the Prezzies free and this series is being charged. At an increased rate, even! @PlayFullScreen what's going on? @WLALacrosse should have made arrangements to host the Mann at the LEC, more parking, more seats

@ckbaker49 @WLALacrosse I just read your support email. Are you on wifi? If you can connected to fixed wired Internet it would likely help We are not having issues and there are no complaints at our helpdesk The feed is 1080p HD. If the network/device can't keep up with the live bits, it will pixalate

@PlayFullScreen @WLALacrosse I did, thanks. Hopefully it'll get better. So far, their recommendations are not helping. Screen goes from grainy to almost pixilated. Picture hasn't been clear once yet.

@RRdoubleRR @TheresaMcManus We have had people responding to emails, average response time 1 min. If you didn't get a reply, make sure there was no typo in your contact form. There were a few without email, so we can't respond :(
