Whenever you want to buy land from ọmọ onile, and you ask for the survey plan, they will most likely show you one. But don't stop there. The smartest thing you can do is to hire your own surveyor to go to the site and pick the exact coordinates of the location they are selling to you. Yes, it might feel stressful or like extra cost, but that small step can save you from losing your money or land. And this is why it's important👇🏾 Some ọmọ onile will show you a valid survey plan, but not the one that actually belongs to the land you’re about to buy. On paper, everything will look correct, but in reality, the coordinates may point to a completely different location. And the truth is, you won’t be able to detect this with your ordinary eyes. Except you chart it. Buying land from ọmọ onile is not as bad as people make it sound. The real problem is that a lot of people try to cut corners or avoid spending small money on due diligence. For any Real Estate consultation, reach out to me 🤝🏾

If Ilaje local government is interested in the growth of the land, without waiting for government or state, stuffs like this can be procured and use to earn better or the LGA. But the LGA chairman is residing in another LGA to oversee his own LGA

Fierce fighting broke out between a horde of 50 motorcycle bandits and local vigilantes in Zamfara. Despite having zero protection and armed only with basic local guns, our brave men successfully repelled the raid.

One of the easiest way to make money in Nigeria is being the guy that sells shovels Instead of playing bet, own the betting company Instead of investing in forex, own the broker company Instead of looking for traffic, own the traffic source Instead of being the customer, be the marketplace Money flows from ownership not participation

What will you do? A customer gave you and your colleague tip after delivering the product he bought from your company.. The colleague kept the money and didn't tell you about it. Two weeks later, the man called you to know if there's available products... During that conversation, he jokingly said that you couldn't even call to appreciate him for the tips... That was how you got to know about it, you explained to him that you weren't aware of it and he understood.. Three days later, he came to buy more products and also came with his two friends. After the purchase, they gave you both more tips but this time,it was sent to your account.. Your colleague was aware of it and is requesting for his share.. What are you going to do? Will you share it or keep it same way he did?

I just heard that in Otueke, the community intentionally told NEPA not to give them light so that they can make money selling cold water, drinks and pay charge from students A federal university is located in the community They also recently ban bikes so the community are buying keke to use to make money from students They said it is only when Ex president Goodluck Jonathan is around that they have light in the community Because that’s his hometown Aside that period, you can never see light in Otueke community

In Nigeria, the law doesn’t always look the same everywhere Adultêry is treated as a cr!me in Northern Nigeria, but in Southern Nigeria, it’s not a crim!nal offence. Same country completely different legal realities. Did you know this before now, or this is your first time hearing it? 🤔👇

One thing I’ve noticed on my street has been surprising me lately. Most times when I step out to buy groceries or something small from the shops around, I usually pay with transfer. I hardly carry cash. So I’ll just finish buying, tell the shop owner, “I’ve sent the money.” What surprises me is this… Most of them don’t even check immediately. No looking at their POS machine. No checking alerts. They just nod and say, “Okay.” Then they move on like the payment is already confirmed. At first I thought maybe it was just one shop. But I’ve noticed the same thing with different shops on the street. Same pattern. I say I’ve transferred… they just believe me. Sometimes they only check much later. Now I keep wondering. Is it because they see my face around the area all the time? Or maybe they think I don’t look like someone who would cheat them? Or maybe… that’s just how they treat everyone?
