@Blue_Footy Can someone explain to me like a 5 year old child what the roles of the 5 SD are that one or two can’t do…. What are they doing, what are their work or duties? Why 5 instead of one that knows and understand football properly and not 5 clowns

Exactly. No serious coach will agree to work under a group of SDs, not just one SD. A coach can accept one SD that he respects and has a working relationship with—someone with whom he can have an open argument and reach a common understanding. Telling a coach to answer to 5 SDs is nonsense. If the owners can't dismantle that circus of SDs, they should hire a technical director who will work closely with the coach. The technical director will work the SDs, but the coach will only answer to the technical director. That's it.

@Blue_Footy No respected coach will want to be under our SDs I think it’s time we come to a compromise in order for the team to be able to go forward

The chaos at Chelsea isn’t about one bad manager, it’s about a broken structure created by the new administration Unless the owners reshape their sporting project and give football people true control, no manager can build a long-term plan at Chelsea, and the instability goes on

Allow managers real authority Recruit based on system, not spreadsheets Bring in experienced leaders to guide the young squad Give a manager time, not months Until this happens, Chelsea will keep repeating the cycle.

I will keep saying this, I don’t care what anyone says The biggest issue at Chelsea is not the managers or the players, it’s the system created since the takeover. When Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital arrived, they introduced a highly experimental project

If the owners don’t adjust their project, their approach, and their expectations, then as Chelsea fans, we should expect more pain and more tears. Stability isn’t magic… it’s management. Chelsea needs direction. Chelsea needs structure. Chelsea needs clarity. Not this chaos

But the truth is simple: Chelsea Football Club is a mess right now. Until the issues at the very top are addressed properly, no manager, no matter how talented will succeed with a long-term plan at this club. Everything will keep backfiring.

Yesterday was a full rollercoaster for every Chelsea fan. Some were celebrating the sack, others were strongly against it. Some blamed the directors, others pointed fingers at the owners, and a few turned on the players.

@PrimeEdge_s Don't blame the players when you don't have a good game plan. Plus the coach couldn't find solutions for current problems. Players say he would change things during the game. Before intl break we lost 3 nil to Everton. SDs are also at fault they also don't have experience.

Liam Rosenior deserved a proper runway. Modern football demands results, yes, but it also demands structure, patience, and alignment from the top. Constantly resetting the bench only keeps the club stuck in the same cycle.
PrimeEdge@PrimeEdge_s

Chelsea sacking Liam Rosenior after just 4 months feels less like a “project” and more like panic dressed up as strategy. You don’t bring in a manager, give him barely any time to implement ideas, then pull the plug at the first sign of inconsistency, what exactly was the plan?
