Twitter is nice but a few unknown face with blue ticks are trying very hard to get engagement revenue. It’s fine for me, I am retired and can afford to waste a day in having fun n laugh. You should be very careful with this. My recommendation is that you will get value only from real people because they know the words like accountability n reliability. Baaki aapka jo mn ho kro, aazad desh h ji. 😁

Let that sink in... a platform built from the ground up just streamed over 72.5MN fans at the same time. With personalized ads, real‑time commentary, rich match analytics and a tidal wave of emotions all holding steady. A double win for the @JioHotstar engineering and product teams... we broke global streaming records and then stayed on to celebrate India lifting the T20 World Cup trophy together.

𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗮𝗽 𝗽𝗼𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲. they make it look like we spend our days in a playground. after 4 years at google canada, i can tell you they are missing the point. the biggest benefit isn't the free food. it's not even the gym or the micro kitchens. if you come for the snacks, you’ll be bored in a month. the real reasons why people stay for years are different. here are the perks that actually matter: → the brilliance of the people you are constantly surrounded by the sharpest minds in the industry. every conversation is an opportunity to learn something new. people don't just solve problems, they solve them at a global scale. → the culture of helpfulness despite the size of the company, the willingness to help is incredible. if you are stuck, there is always someone ready to hop on a call. technology is just the tool, it's the collective brainpower that wins. → access and transparency you can reach out to almost any team across the globe. the internal mobility and ability to learn from different domains is hard to find elsewhere. you aren't restricted to your corner, you are encouraged to explore. → 20% projects this isn't just a myth for the news. it's a real practice that allows you to spend time on passion projects. it’s how some of the most common tools we use today were born. → support for the family google looks after you even when you aren't at your desk. from generous parental leave to "work from anywhere" weeks. it’s about giving you the flexibility to be a human first. the free meals are a nice bonus, but they don't define the experience. the real advantage is the growth that comes from being in the room with the best. grateful for 4 years of learning and looking forward to what’s next. PS: we can host our friends and family to the office whenever we want :)

My dream was to build a home before I turn 23 and we just achieved step 1 of it at 19 by booking land for it 2 days ago. Me and @arpitchugh will build a beautiful home for our family.

Few people consciously realize this, but a resume is just a predictor of performance. If you can skip straight to performance, you don't need the predictor.
