@walter_ookami Assuming there was a different car before his "Brand new" E92, that might have actually been fast. They've only mentioned Nate Denver had the crown for 5 years, so unless Kreiger just got the title, he had to have had an older car.

How Ray Kreiger became the Grip King in a GT4 spec car while Rudy runs a GT3 car is definitely baffling. Still an Iconic car.

Juggling painting Prostreet cars and modeling Screamer cars right now is going to confuse me, haha.

@PrintedLeander I feel like there are quite a few existing Hot Wheels fantasy designs over the last decade that could be customized to be Screamer-worthy cars, but yeah official diecasts of the cars from that game feel like a slam dunk that haven't happened yet...

Adding in dinner and anime episode break, 4ish hours isn't the worst clocked time I've done. Definitely not going hard on the space shuttle texturing it has.

Completed "Screamer 2026" Last night, And I gotta say, well worth the money! I really enjoyed the unique gameplay using the right stick for drifting, as well as the need to use a lot of the controller in a racing game. I'll give it a 9/10, and share my thoughts and spoilers here. Story: The overall story was very good for a racing game, but felt heartbroken after the boss race. I felt that 5 different stories at 1 time felt a little heavy, especially when some characters felt like they weren't used at all after chapter 2. Wish it was a Twisted Metal style where you play as one team the whole way through, and maybe differing endings, but realized that might not work in the grand scheme of things. Politics: It did feel like there was a political agenda that was asked to be added in (The Roisin and Lavinia relationship), but equaled out by killing the relationship at the end. Pretty sure Hope is Non-Binary since a possessive adjective used was "their" and not "her". besides that, it's not shoved in your face, which is the correct way to do things like that. The whole key to the story, emotions, is very prevalent. Sometimes it felt like there wasn't much reasoning behind actions, like "Off this guy and everything will be solved" kind of thing. They learn to reason with him in the end. Multi-language: I wish it could all be in one language. Dirk's lines would not hit anywhere as hard if it were in his native tongue. This becomes really clear while racing, since the subtitles are off to the side. Cars: While none are licensed, I love that each character has their own car. The balancing is pretty rough as leader cars are MUCH better than other cars, as well as some abilities are really terrible, and some are OP. Characters: Love that the characters are so varied, though, that obviously means some are going to be hated and some will be loved. - Dirk was definitely written to be the best character, wish he got more screen time - Lavinia is best girl, but got treated so poorly by her team, and her GF Roisin, then is left for dead on the space station, destined to get the James Treatment in the Sequel. - Fredric is definitely the adult of the Green Reapers. I love his betting strength. Wish he spoke English. - Noboru coming back from his PTSD to drive what felt like the fastest car felt so powerful. Him driving off with Akemi when they left felt so good. - Hope felt like she had the best ability. Definitely a cold character but felt badass. - Akemi's car felt terrible but loved her with Noboru. - Hiroshi starting off as the stereotypical weak man sucked at first, but him redeeming himself to be an overly strong leader in the end was good to see. - Gabriel was written to be the weak leader, that earns his respect later on, his death felt undeserved. - Hina has the best car for that observatory track area. her voice during races is key to why I wish it wasn't multi-language. - I couldn't tell you anything special about Akane, just another same-sex relationship failed. Terrible Ability compared to her team's. - Ritsuko punching Aisha was good, but that's about it. - Keiji's lies to his brother were bad, character wise. good writing, he's just a bad guy. - Aisha lies too much. if it wasn't a testable experiment, it was a lie coming from her. Letting Lavinia die after grieving for James felt like a spit in the face. - Gregor being worried about what JSI thought about Lavinia's death rather than Lavinia herself was heartless. - Roisin, feminist that needed laid. Hated her from the start, got an underserving relationship by being nasty, sailor mouth bish. And that is all I've got to share on it. I hope to make the cars from the game but not looking forward to the Asymmetric cars.
