If we forget for a moment - our past, our relatives, whatever we're doing and spend just 5 seconds in silence. Nothing really stops except you. Everything around you keeps on moving. Billions of suns are burning, blackholes are eating stars, people are fighting over peace of land, someone is innovating and someone is destructing. Now, what's the moving force? When we look at gravity equation, forces are inversaly proportional to distance. Why not cubic? Who decided these numbers? Also, they break down near singularity. Why? Few questions always puzzle me: 1. where does first thoughts emerge from? 2. What happened before bigbang? 3. Where is universe expanding into? Answer to all above questions can be figured out eventually with deep science and engineering. There is no other way. Science and engineering allows us to broaden our understaning of the universe and its creator. Some way or other way, science and engineering is the only way to reach GOD faster. We must commit and expand the reach of our human consciousness. We must take ourselves out of everything and commit to do this.

A content calendar means nothing if nothing ships on time. Neither does a campaign brief that takes three weeks to "finalize." The question is: can you actually get things out the door? Most marketing interns brainstorm ideas in meetings. At Naxatra Labs, you're the one who writes the copy, briefs the agency, follows up twice, and makes sure the creative goes live. On schedule. We're building advanced motor technology for real industries. EVs, powertrains, industrial systems. Hardware that ships. Marketing that needs to keep up. We need someone who executes the full loop. Not just "ideation." Not just "strategy decks." The brief. The coordination. The follow-up. The delivery. Then doing it again next week. You'll sit with founders, not in a corner. Your work gets reviewed fast because it needs to go live fast. Expo logistics? You own it. Agency deliverables running late? You chase it. Campaign tracker needs updating? You don't wait to be asked. We're hiring a Marketing and Content Associate in Gurugram. If you're the kind of person who finishes things, not just starts them, we want to hear from you. Fresh grads who've actually shipped something. A college fest, a freelance project, a brand page that grew. Same applies. Apply. 📍 Gurugram | Onsite | Monday to Saturday ⏳ 3 months (extendable based on performance) 💰 Stipend: ₹30,000 to ₹35,000/month 🎯 Full-time opportunity post-probation 🚀 HOW TO APPLY: 📩 Email: careers@naxatralabs.com 📌 Subject: [Your Name] Marketing & Content Associate - Gurugram 📎 Resume + cover letter. Tell us what you shipped, what went wrong, and how you fixed it. Tag someone who doesn't just plan. They deliver. 🚀

imagine you’re Travis Kalanick you built Uber from nothing into a $70 billion company and changed how every city on earth moves then in the worst three weeks of your life, family tragedies hit, and five of your investors hand you a letter demanding you resign so you step down the board replaces you, your successor and board sell off the self driving division you created, the thing you believed was Uber’s entire future gone $4 billion to Aurora the mainstream media tries to write your obituary: toxic culture, bad leadership, and a cautionary tale silicon valley moves on as they always do but you don’t you don’t really forget you go quiet, completely quiet you take $150 million and buy a ghost kitchen company called CloudKitchens you raise over a billion dollars, hit a $15 billion valuation, build a company with thousands of employees and nobody even knows the name eight years in stealth, employees aren’t even allowed to put your company on their LinkedIn then today you rename the company Atoms, and it’s not a kitchen company anymore it’s a robotics company 1. food 2. mining 3. transport your first move? acquiring Pronto the autonomous vehicle startup built by Anthony Levandowski, the same engineer you originally swooped away from Google to build Uber’s self driving program oh and he went on to deploy 100+ autonomous trucks for one of the largest materials companies on earth now he’s coming back to work with you and the reports say Uber itself the same company that pushed you out, is now backing you to go after self driving harder than Waymo the guy they removed is the guy they end up needing poetic justice your framework aka everything in civilization is mined or grown, manufactured and moved you call it the golden age your manifesto ends with three words: “I never left” eight years of silence then this but here’s what people keep getting wrong about your situation everyone wants to call it a comeback or a revenge story it’s neither you just went quiet and built for eight years while everyone who wrote you off had stopped paying attention that’s not revenge, that’s just what true builder obsession looks like most founders would’ve stayed bitter most would’ve written a book and done a podcast tour, most would’ve taken the $2.5 billion in shares and disappeared off to a beach or Epstein’s island you didn’t do any of that you just kept building and now the same people who pushed you out need you again so whether you love him or hate him the most dangerous person in any room is the one who goes quiet yet never stops building karma is real welcome back Travis

A stress plot doesn't lie. Neither does a thermal map that shows your design will fail at 80°C. The question is: what do you do with that information? Most simulation engineers hand it to a designer and move on. At Naxatra Labs, you're the one who figures out what changes, why, and how fast we can validate it. We're building mechanical systems that go into real products. Enclosures. Mounts. Cooling assemblies. Structural components. Things that get dropped, heated, vibrated, and shipped. Not structural OR thermal. Not CFD OR NVH. All of it. Because the product doesn't care which domain you're comfortable in. Your outputs won't sit in a report. They'll show up in the next revision. We're hiring a Mechanical Simulation Engineer in Ahmedabad. If you know your tools well enough to set up a multi-physics problem from scratch — and you've worked on something that actually got manufactured — we want to hear from you. Freshers with real project depth: same applies. 📍 Ahmedabad | Onsite | Full-time 💰 Experienced (3-6 yrs): ₹10-15 LPA | Freshers: ₹5-7 LPA Apply → careers@naxatralabs.com Subject: [Your Name] Mechanical Simulation Job Application RT if you know someone who's tired of simulating things that never ship. 🚀

Most motor simulation engineers spend their careers running models that never get built. At Naxatra Labs, your simulations become the motor. We're hiring an Electromagnetic Simulation Engineer and this role sits right at the intersection of physics, software, and real hardware. You'll be working on BLDC and PMSM motors that go into EVs, drones, power tools, and agri-tech. Not theoretical. Not for showcase. Products that move, spin, and ship. The part most people miss: simulation is only as good as the engineer running it. We want someone who knows "why" the numbers look the way they do, not just how to click "solve". Who we're looking for: → 2–5 years in motor design or EM simulation → Strong fundamentals in motor sizing, magnetic loading, winding configs → Freshers with serious project depth: you belong here too 📍 Ahmedabad | Onsite | Full-time 💰 Experienced: ₹8–14 LPA | Freshers: ₹5–7 LPA 📩 [mailto:careers@naxatralabs.com] Subject: [Your Name] Simulation Engineer Job Application Send your resume and a cover letter that shows us what you've simulated and what happened when you built it.

Building hardware that actually works in the real world is hard. We need someone who loves that challenge. We're hiring a Design & Development Engineer at Naxatra Labs, this isn't a "sit and model parts" kind of role. We move fast. We prototype, break things, learn, and iterate. The person joining us will own the full arc: from a rough application requirement all the way to a functional prototype you can hold in your hands. That's rare. And it's exactly why this role is exciting. Freshers with a sharp design mindset and solid project experience: don't hesitate. Apply. 📍 Ahmedabad | Onsite | Full-time 💰 Experienced: ₹8–14 LPA | Freshers: ₹5–7 LPA 📩 careers@naxatralabs.com Subject line: [Your Name] Design and Development Engineer Application Send your resume + a cover letter that tells us what you've actually built. Drop a comment or tag someone who needs to see this. Let's build something real. 🚀
