Lauren puts herself in great contention and improves her state meet finish from last year. She is headed to Eugene OR for the Nike National Meet on Friday.

Mariah took her shot and ran a PR in her final race just missing the podium and a sub 5. I can’t formulate a sentence that can capture my appreciation and respect I have for Mariah and all that she has done for the Farmington Tiger Distance squad.
