The Pima County Sheriff’s Department deputy charged with kidnapping hasn’t anything to do with the Nancy Guthrie case. The term “kidnapping” in this case has to do with him keeping the woman he was taking to jail in the cruiser for an unreasonable period of time.

@luxemiaa If one is to tip, it really should be based on the level of service, not what is served.

@Ranger77Blue I only cover cases that have interesting evidence to analyze. I do not just tell stories, so I have to find cases that really interest me and are educational.

@ProfilerPatB This genre apparently fascinates true crime fans so please cover more cases like this. Mature single women who live alone then get murdered by a stranger.

@Ranger77Blue You miss my point. There are hundreds of similar cases across the country over time where women living alone come to a bad end. It has zero to do with the Guthrie investigation outside of Banfield wanting to get people to watch her video and make money.

@ProfilerPatB Well in my opinion the 2 Nancy cases are similar. But I’m not a professional like you are. I’m working on it though. And we’re not sure exactly what happened to Nancy G. Could be the same fate.

@Ranger77Blue Ashley Banfield just wanted to talk about Nancy Guthrie and so she used this case to do it. Oh, yeah, they were both named Nancy.

@Ranger77Blue The cases are years apart. They are in different states. One was abducted for some reason. The other was raped and murdered. There are two decades apart in age. All that’s simiar is that they were women, lived in a house, and were victims of crime. You can find hundreds of those.

@Ranger77Blue The cases have zero to do with each other and these media vultures just need something to fill in the quiet days in the Nancy Guthrie case.
