Nahh... landlord here. People with fake income are the single biggest problem with rentals. All damage, all insurance claims, all evictions, all hoa fines... same people. Best thing you can do is verify, weed out the fake bullshit paychecks, fake bank statements, fake w2's etc. Also the only reason you need that is that your credit is dog shit.
