Around 2012 Nikolic sent Epstein details on Foundation Medicine, including Gates' exclusive investment documents and sale restrictions that weren't public.
Epstein bought 25,000 shares in January 2014, and the stock skyrocketed.
Roche later bought the company in pieces for $50 and then $137 per share, turning Epstein's investment into a massive gain.
