@Qover I am a Monzo customer and logged a claim with yourselves almost a month ago. Every few days I am checking the progress on the Monzo app and this must be the 4th times it's been extended. I cannot find any contact number. What's going on?!

@Qover please help, I am a Monzo premium customer in Spain and have lost a bag which, among other things had Euros and £s. I cannot get hold of anyone for help.

@Qover @denizthetenis @Cowboybike I haven’t heard from Qover’s customer service team, but I did just get an email back from the same Qover claims manager, Sophie, that originally rejected my claim; saying it’s still rejected. I hope that’s not the customer service follow up you’re talking about…unbelievable!

@Qover @denizthetenis @Cowboybike Below is a cut and paste of the email I sent to the Dutch Registry of Insurers last Friday to ask them to investigate Cowboy and Qover over your collective insurance marketing/processing practices. My Qover claim number is NL24BIK00548 (Sophie is the Qover claim administrator).

Cowboy bikes and their insurance company Qover should be investigated by regulators. I paid 240 euros in premiums and when my bike was stolen, now Qover won’t pay my claim. Must be very profitable to collect premiums and not pay claims. @Cowboybike @Qover @DNB_NL

@denizthetenis Same thing used to happen when I got on my bike before it was stolen! I paid 240 euros in premiums to Qover (Cowboy Bike’s exclusive theft insurer) & when my Cowboy bike was stolen, Qover won’t pay. Must be very profitable to collect premiums & not pay claims. @Cowboybike @Qover

In honor of my daughter’s 8th birthday I have spent the last week touring Florida’s theme parks. Universal Studios was easily the best - though to be fair I did spring for the VIP tour at horrendous expense. Busch Gardens was the best value. Aquatica offers more female flesh to ogle at than I have ever seen in one place before, though sadly it’s mainly jailbait or horrors. American food is still fucking awful. I have horrendous blisters. My daughter is very happy. My wife and I are still on speaking terms. All in all, a good week.
