The 2024 Presidential elections highlighted a significant shift in regional voting patterns. While the NPP secured a massive winning margin of 669,724 votes in their stronghold, Ashanti, it was not enough to counter the NDC's dominance across 13 regions. Greater Accra and Volta led the charge for the NDC with margins of 579,297 and 527,535 respectively, showcasing the power of smaller but cumulative victories across multiple regions.
