My main Business is raising Saddleback Pigs, we cross the saddlebacks with Large Blacks. This gives me the perfect fat ration for Charcuterie, we make Cured Meats and mostly Salami.

Our group chair @rare_breeds had the honour of judging the Interbreed sheep championship @MeltonLivestock rare &native breeds sale this weekend ,this fabulous Greyface Dartmoor ram took home the trophy and went on to fetch one of the top prices @RBSTrarebreeds
