@drewlevin one of the things that has caused incredible fatigue this season is patch after patch of "we've fixed/changed autofill disparity", it feels like groundhog day every time its mentioned but constantly seeing really poor autofill/secondary matchups, game quality has suffered a lot

@SorareMonkey @andrewmlaird DNPs have ruined my enjoyment so much more since the introduction of divisions and streaks etc. A solution is necessary to get me even remotely interested in the game/willing to spend on it again.

If Sorare introduced a sub mechanism for Sorare27 what would be the impact? 🤔 Would threshold levels for the streaks HAVE to be increased? 📈 Would it just favour whales? 🐋 If you believe the replies to @andrewmlaird post over the weekend then increased targets would be guaranteed. But, there are ways for @Sorare to introduce a sub without increasing the targets... The immediate one that leaps out is mirroring the MLS & Asia IS streaks. By removing cash from the early levels they save a huge amount of cash. That money would then end up being used to pay out the increased hit rate at the higher levels. I'm fairly sure the numbers they pay out in the early levels of streaks is higher, in most leagues, that the amounts paid out to people who hit streak 5. So many people hit the first target or two every gameweek. I also think there's a chance different leagues have different targets, regardless of whether they introduce subs. Certain leagues, such as the Bundesliga, have a higher number of decisives each GW. So it would make sense to have higher targets. I've always been pro subs and providing they're locked in at standard deadlines they don't benefit anyone. There's no more than a handful of people who would put superstar cards on the subs bench, with the chance they wouldn't be used. If whales were going to do that, it's be in streaks. Who cares then? It's you Vs Sorare, not you Vs @pranksy. Even if they did have subs there could be a trade off. If you hit the streak with a sub the amount you get is lower. Or maybe nothing at all, but you keep the streak alive. No one knows what Sorare will do yet, probably not even Sorare themselves. So don't just assume things will happen based on what you read on here. #sorare

Well tbh they did deserve this, most of their issues are basic problems and never should’ve made it live. They also should’ve released it in alpha or early access if it was that far from being balanced and finished. On top of that they shouldn’t have planned to closed the game, they should’ve hunkered down and addressed the issues to bring back players over time

@ElvynCalderon there are many games that provide fun "new" experiences, stop trying to blame the playerbase when devs deliver an unenjoyable experience

I’m genuinely sad that they’re shutting down the servers. Gaming cancel culture won. They killed a game that could have been a breath of fresh air. Was the game perfect? Of course not. No game is, but the experience was incredibly fun. It was competitive, with fluid movement and satisfying gunplay. The best part was that there is nothing else quite like Highguard’s gameplay loop. I hope this does not discourage future developers from taking risks and creating new genres. I am tired of getting the same “new” game every year. P.S. At the end of the day, I’m grateful I was able to meet and play with so many different people, and I’m glad others got to experience the game for what it truly was.
