Set up my claude code to detect dying ads..
I've already saved $2100. Here's how 👇
My ad died on Tuesday...I found out on Friday.
Never again.
I built a Claude Code skill that catches dying ads
3-5 days before your ROAS craters.
The problem:
Meta only flags creative fatigue AFTER
your cost-per-result is already 2x worse.
By then you've wasted hundreds.
The real signals show up much earlier.
Here's what /fatigue-scan tracks:
1/ CTR trajectory
10% drop over 3 days = early warning.
This shows up before CPA moves at all.
2/ Frequency at the creative level
Same image in 3 ad sets = your audience sees it 3x faster than Ads Manager shows.
3/ CPC inflation
Rising cost + falling CTR = Meta is charging more for worse attention.
4/ Hook rate decay
First 3 seconds watched dropping = scroll-stop power is gone.
5/ Engagement cliff
Likes, comments, shares all dropping together.
The skill spots the bend, not the bottom.
What the report looks like:
🟢 12 ads healthy — keep running
🟡 3 ads warning — replace within 48 hours
🔴 2 ads critical — pause now, burning cash
Each flag includes the trigger metric,
estimated days until ROAS breakdown,
and the recommended action.
I've saved ~$2,100/month
just by pausing ads 3 days earlier.
No API keys. No MCP. No code.
Export a CSV, type /fatigue-scan, done.

I found $2,300/month in wasted Meta ad spend
It took 4 minutes. Here's how, using Claude Code 👇
Every Monday I used to do the same thing:
Export CSVs from Ads Manager,
open 12 tabs,
cross-reference CPAs,
check frequencies,
flag fatigued creatives,
write it all up.
That was 3 hours.
Every.
Single.
Week.
Now I type /meta-audit and Claude does it all.
Here's what the skill checks:
1/ Spend bleed detection
Finds ad sets burning budget with zero conversions.
Flags anything over $50 spend and 0 purchases in the last 6 hours.
2/ Creative fatigue scoring
Tracks CTR decay and frequency buildup.
Tells you which ads are dying before your ROAS tanks.
3/ Audience overlap audit
Maps every ad set against every other ad set.
Shows you where you're bidding against yourself.
4/ Advantage+ setup check
Catches misconfigurations in ASC campaigns.
Wrong conversion events, missing exclusions, bad placements — all flagged.
5/ CPA spike diagnosis
You paste current vs. previous period data.
It isolates the cause — audience fatigue, bid shifts, creative decay, landing page issues — ranked by dollar impact.
6/ Budget reallocation
Models what happens to CPA at different spend levels using your actual data. Tells you where to scale and where to pull back.
7/ Weekly client report
Pulls the metrics, writes the executive summary.
Plain English, no platform jargon, no follow-up questions from stakeholders.
What it found in my account:
→ 4 ad sets bleeding $18/day with zero conversions
→ 3 creatives past frequency 4.0 still running
→ 2 audiences with 60%+ overlap competing for the same users
→ 1 ASC campaign missing purchase exclusions
$2,300/month. Gone.
I would have caught some of this eventually.
But not all of it.
And not in 4 minutes.
No MCP required.
Export your last 30 days from Ads Manager,
drop the CSV,
type /meta-audit.
That's it.
The skill is free. Works with any Meta ad account, any budget.
Comment "Audit" and I'll send you the skill + setup instructions

@BambinoShopify How would you intergrate it a gymwear brand. Let’s have a chat?👀

It’s crazy how irrational humans can be…
You offer 1 product = no one buys.
You offer 1 product + 3 FREE gifts (same price) = BOOM.
Conversions x3.
Why?
Because people don’t buy logically.
They buy emotionally driven by 3 core biases:
1️⃣ Contrast bias
The free gifts make the offer feel like a no-brainer.
2️⃣ Scarcity bias
Gifts feel like a rare opportunity → fear of missing out.
3️⃣ Reciprocity bias
You give something? They feel compelled to give back.
Tested this yesterday:
From €$50/day to $470/day
Just by adding 3 low-cost gifts.
And until yesterday, this wasn’t even possible with Moonbundle.
Now it is:
🔓 Feature 1: You can now create offers with just 1 product (no forced quantity steps).
🔓 Feature 2: You can add custom variants on the gifts.
This changes everything.

I’ve filtered down 150 CRO hacks that solve 90% of the CRO issues I see over and over again in client stores.
If you’re missing these on your site and trying to optimize somewhere else?
BIG Mistake
Here's how I built this list (actually, a bigger one) that helped my clients make an extra +$50k per month :
1/ As a CRO expert, I didn’t want to waste time hunting down the same errors with every new client.
Before this checklist, I was:
- Wasting 2+ days per client rebuilding the same CRO list from data
- Sometimes forgetting the most crucial basic tests
- Repeating the same audits manually
That’s why I made this checklist.
2/ I sat down and went through every CRO test I had used, studied, or bookmarked over the past few years.
- Spent 10+ hours digging through client work and test results
- Reviewed 400+ CRO ideas from past audits and playbooks
- Kept only what worked across multiple stores
- Added notes from real wins (and fails), not from theory
Every test was a datapoint for this checklist.
3/ I didn’t want this to be another bloated list full of “nice-to-haves.” So I've filtered for only the core tests. I had to create a system to filter them.
- Prioritized tests by impact, clarity, and ease of use
- Cut anything that didn’t show consistent results
- Focused only on what’s repeatable across stores
The goal was to make every test worth my time.
4/ I trimmed the list, but 150 tests is still a lot. I needed a way to find the right ones fast.
So I turned the raw list into a practical tool:
- Organized everything by page type: from homepage to checkout
- Added test status labels so it’s easy to manage
- Added a quick-start guide so I could jump in without overthinking it
It was finally something I could use fast, share easily, and trust to work.
5/ I use this on every client project. It’s so reliable, I trained my AI agent to follow it. Now I’ve packaged it all into a plug-and-play system you can start using today.
- CRO Checklist for every page
- User guide for simplicity of use
- Easily worth $5,000+ in consulting fees
If you want to save 40+ hours of trial and error and focus on tests that can add $50K/month, this checklist is for you.
For the next 24 hours, it's free.
Why 24 hours? Because I don't want my competitor to have it.

(Team size: 1 VA + 1 copywriter testing campaigns)
5. CRO & Landing Page System
→ All landing pages built using modular templates in Replo or Zipify

Dropped CPA from $76 → $24 with whitelisting.
That’s a 68% decrease — and no, it wasn’t just influencer access.
Most brands do it wrong.
There are 3 ways to whitelist — we’ve tested all of them across 750+ Meta ads.
Want the breakdown?
🧠 Comment "whitelisting" and I’ll DM you the cheatsheet.
