WEDNESDAY 11th FEBRUARY: This morning our outreach session kicked off at 6:00 AM with James, he was joined by a rep from CGL, helping us connect with & support people experiencing homelessness. Starting at Manchester Airport & then covering areas around #Wythenshawe

THURSDAY 5th FEBRUARY: This morning, James was joined on #homeless outreach by one of our volunteers, Vicky. Together they covered #Manchester Airport, #Wythenshawe #Didsbury, and #Chorlton carrying out welfare checks on everyone they encountered & making referrals where required

Wednes 4 February James was joined on homeless outreach by a rep from Change, Grow, Live (CGL) Drug & Alcohol Services. Outreach started at Manchester Airport at 6:00am, before continuing across #Wythenshawe Welfare checks were carried out & referrals were made where appropriate

MONDAY 29th DECEMBER: Our team were back on outreach this morning, its still cold & dark in the mornings but it was dry. They started outreach In Chorlton at 6.00am doing welfare checks & referrals. After #Chorlton they continued around #Wythenshawe #Manchester AirPort #Didsbury

TUESDAY 23rd DECEMBER: This morning our outreach team started outreach at 6.00am In #Chorlton then carried onto #Wythenshawe #Manchester Airport, #Didsbury and #Withington Referrals made where required.
