After taking my time to observe the Abazz situation, I’ve realized that about 70% of the people around him lack basic social skills and are fighting a lost battle.
Abazz is clearly trying to save himself, but the people who think they’re defending him are actually making things worse and using it to farm engagements. It’s a lost fight and he’s already apologizing.
Situations like this require either staying quiet as mutuals or ensuring you don’t make it worse. The smart PR approach should be to acknowledge that he handled it poorly, while still positioning him as a great vendor and supporting his apology tweets. Instead of pouring more fuel on the fire under the guise of “defending” him, they should let it die down.
As vendors, we all know things like this can happen. Abazz was wrong, he’s already accepted that this gig was a bad one, and he clearly wants to move on. Rather than adding more fire, the best thing people can do right now is stay quiet and let him handle it. ❤️💡

He breached the terms of the agreement by arrogating to himself the power to choose the winners. His role was simple - a vendor's role: sell the jerseys, deliver them to Sambo, the rightful recipient of Victor's goodwill. Nothing more.
Instead, he plotted to sideline the very man who vouched for him and opened the door.
Talk about suspending the hand of your host at a dinner.
He failed the Integrity test.
SECOND -
Our friend had quietly earmarked five of those jerseys for himself - and that was the true engine behind his insistence on picking the winners. What the streets call it is plain enough: stealing. Theft. Fraud. Whether robbery fits the frame, I leave to the lawyers.
The moment payment exchanged hands, those jerseys ceased to belong to Abazz. Holding them back is not a grey area. It is not a misunderstanding. It is simply what a thief does.

THIRD -
Then - caught in his earlier machinations, and being a man congenitally devoted to treachery and perfidy - he delivered substandard goods to Sambo. Cheap replicas of the quality paid for. Items worth perhaps half the sum received.
Here, however, I must be fair.
He passed the consistency test. Consistently, unfailingly, impressively dishonest.
A man who has failed both integrity and character cannot be expected to meet honest obligations - that would be demanding fruit from a tree that has never known rain.
Worthy of Note, He is a Staunch Obidient.
And true to form, his comrades in that cult have rushed, shoulder to shoulder, to defend his dishonesty - because the crime those ones cannot defend does not exist, provided it is committed by one of their own.
Like the COS bandit, Laptop Hushpuppy, Campaign funds cashtivist, fraud runs in the genetic make-up of these emergency lovers of Nigeria...
This repentance is not a change of heart - it is a change of circumstance. Three attempts at fraud. Three exposures. Only then comes the correction.
There is a name for remorse that arrives only after the scheme has collapsed - and that name is not repentance. It is retreat.
What makes it richer and the only reason I am concerned: this same man is among the loudest voices on the continent of Nigerian Twitter, summoning leaders to the altar of competence and capacity. He audits governance with the confidence of a saint. He delivers verdicts on integrity with a straight face.
A man who required three failed attempts at fraud before finding the path of correction has no business holding a lantern for others. He has not earned the moral height from which he should ever shout at politicians ever again.

Good evening everyone , After seeing the genuine feedback from some winners about the jerseys delivered, and everyone opinion on this, I’ve decided to make this right in the simplest way possible. - Firstly, I admit i messed it all up with the first action of picking winners which isn’t in my position but I’ve apologized for that. Once again, to the whole public, I have admitted and corrected my steps. - The 10 jerseys already sent were the lighter Player Version I sourced, but it’s clear they didn’t match what many expected for this giveaway. That’s on me. To fix it completely: option 1: i am willing to send the whole N300k to @_Abdulakeem_ so he can pick any vendor of his choice to get the jerseys for the winners he picked option 2: I am willing to refund the full amount received per jersey (₦20k including delivery) directly to every winner who has received one, - Those who have received it can return the jerseys with delivery fee on me. (I will fund the redelivery back to me) - The winners can then source their choice of jerseys from any vendor of their choice. so the remaining 5 will not be shipped instead, those winners will also get the cash equivalent. Either of the options he picks is cool with me. My goal was to deliver value from our Agba baller osimhen. Since expectations weren’t met according to the winners, the fairest thing is to return the funds so everyone gets exactly what they want. Big thank you to my boss,Victor Osimhen once again for the support ❤️. I appreciate the understanding and will post proof of refunds as they are processed. Let’s close this chapter positively. What are people's honest expectations from a 20k jersey (plus free delivery)? I don't give a damn about Abazz but he's allegedly a reputed jersey seller here and he's being condemned with pictures of just a few bad jerseys? Smells like a coordinated attack on his business sha.

Somto I can tell you of a truth that nobody hàtes Abazz, not even one person. I mean, most Nigerian are tired of manipulation, criminality, etc, as a result of the situation of the country, and they are willing to use anyone as scapegoàts. Truly, Abazz messèd up initially, and this would be used as a template to scrutinizè his actions here on Twitter going forward. The first frame is a Jersey sold for 17k The second frame is a hersey sold for 20k. Abazz lacked communication skills here. He would have told SABOTEUR that he would be giving his beneficiaries jerseys that are not standard based on the amount and delivery fee inclusive. When you don't communicate well with people or to the public, there's every tendency for misconception.

UPDATE ABOUT THE JERSEY SITUATION.
Earlier today, Abazz sent out 10 jerseys across different locations. Ilorin, Ogun, Lagos, Abuja, and Aba.
So far, two recipients in Lagos have received theirs and reached out to me with concerns about the quality of the jerseys. At first, I didn’t believe it, but after seeing the videos, I understood why they felt that way. You just have to see the pictures and videos too.
I immediately contacted Abazz to raise this, and he explained that what was sent was the “player’s version.”
However, in one of the conversations I saw, a recipient requested to return the jersey, and Abazz responded by asking him to keep it while promising to send another jersey of his choice. Any club.
Thankfully, others are yet to receive theirs, so this can still be properly addressed before more deliveries are completed.
At this point, with more than one person reporting the same issue, it’s important to take it seriously and not treat it as a mistake.
For me, this is not about dragging anyone or making noise over jerseys.
It’s about integrity.
It’s about trust.
It’s about doing things the right way, especially when people are involved.
I will continue to follow up on this to ensure that everyone who was promised a jersey gets something they are genuinely happy with.
We all deserve fairness.

I don’t like doing this, but I’ve always heard about big accounts gatekeeping, and today, I experienced it firsthand. Earlier today, I shoot my shot at @victorosimhen9 by tagging him purely out of admiration for how he represents the Nigerian flag. I asked him for a Galatasaray jersey and pitched @abazwhyllzz as the vendor, as one of the big and reputable accounts selling jerseys here ❤️ He responded and promised me a signed Champions League jersey 🙏🔥. He also said he will get 15 additional jerseys from Abazz for me to share. Now here’s where things got interesting. I reached out to Abazz via DM and, to my surprise, he said he had already selected winners on his page, which was obviously not true. I asked why he would do that when he was meant to be the vendor. I then messaged @Thetifefab, who told me to discuss with Abazz and he handled the payment for the jerseys (Abazz confirmed receiving payment for the 15 jerseys). Upon receiving the money for the jerseys, Abazz asked that we move the conversation to WhatsApp, and I assumed it was to discuss delivery. Instead, Abazz called me and kept on insisting he will be the one to share the jerseys, which I didn’t agree to. After further discussion, he proposed a split, he takes 8, I take 7. I declined and ended the call. He kept calling, but I insisted we continue via chat instead. I reiterated that I was the one who tagged Osimhen, he responded to my tweet, and Abazz only came into the picture because I tagged him as the vendor, and he has already been paid for the jerseys. Attached to this tweet is evidence of our conversations via X DMs and WhatsApp. I’m not here to cause drama, just asking for transparency and fairness, not only for myself but for everyone who participated in good faith 💯 Let’s do right by the people who showed up for this 🙌🔥

Abazz go dey regret why e accept that market… In as much as vendors too dey do for this app sometimes, we need to recognise the fact that they are also humans. I recently bought 1 jersey for 40k, and I didn’t buy from an X vendor… I don’t think 20k with delivery fee included, will give anyone a very solid jersey… I’m not a fan of the guy, but sometimes una need to dey calm down, make e no be like say small accounts are on a witch-hunt for big accounts.
