I've worked from home for 11 years! My productivity is higher than those who work in the office!
Some employers provide WFH contracts to attract talent outside of the area where their offices are.
WFH works, so stop basing everything on your own small experience...nob'ed!!!

I’m not a “work from home” guy by any means. But I’ve done it a bit lately and it’s certainly nice to see my family during the day. I can see why it’s so popular. But, and it’s a big but, my productivity is unquestionably lower. There’s just no substitute for the office.

VAR is no good. It's just not. It doesn't need tweaking or resetting - it's just no good for football. Referees make bad errors every now and but so does this billion pound tech overlord bullshit. What have we gained? Nothing. What have we lost? Live football.
