How's the job market in the greatest economy ever? You submit 200 applications. Most of them are ghost jobs that do NOT exist. The ones that are real pay nothing. The ones that pay something never respond. And if you make it to an interview they offer you $15 an hour for a job listed at $25. Then act surprised when you walk out. This is not a job market. It is a trap designed to make you desperate enough to accept anything.

One way I’ve integrated AI into the classroom is that I begin each class by having students take out their laptops, open up Claude, and talk to it about whatever for 45 minutes while I go outside and vape.

Onix is a 28-foot-long, 460-pound monster made of solid boulders. The anime treats it like an absolutely terrifying boss fight that can tunnel through mountains at 50 mph. ​But in the video games? Its base Attack stat is 45 ​To put that in perspective: • A tiny Pidgey hits exactly as hard as Onix • An Oddish literally hits harder than Onix ​When you use Onix, you are sending out a giant, terrifying rock snake that canonically does less physical damage than a walking radish.

Society swears that men move on from breakups faster and easier than women. It’s a massive misconception. When a relationship ends, a woman loses a partner, but she usually falls back into a massive safety net of friends, family, and deep emotional support. When a man loses a long-term relationship, he often loses his only emotional support system. We see him quietly hitting the gym or working eighty-hour weeks and assume he's fine, but the brutal reality is he is grieving in absolute, terrifying isolation because nobody checks on single men.

@ProofofMaro I had a minor labrum tear that wasn't bad enough to need immediate surgery but still bothered me. I gave myself peptide injections for a while and it actually healed up and doesn't bother me anymore, despite not taking great care of it lately 🙃

One of the most brutal realities of the male experience that nobody talks about is the absolute "affection desert" they live in. A woman can get a hug, a genuine compliment, and deep emotional support from her platonic friends on a random Tuesday. A man can go an entire calendar year without another human being touching his arm, asking if he's okay, or giving him a sincere compliment. We’ve built a society where a man only gets to experience basic human warmth if he is actively providing for a partner. Outside of that, he is completely invisible.
