@WarantoWingbeat Only issue is the models, where just only the bare base avatar (without any clothes or extras) might already be over that 70k polygon limit, and not that many users has the skills and know-how to use blender to squeeze down the poly count.

@LiindyVR I just simply create 18+ Age Verified instances only, so I don't need to worry about kids randomly joining the instances. So "banning all kids" is pretty much pointless, since there is official way to prevent kids for joining on certain instances.

They blocked me for this reply. Genuinely think some people have no idea what they are talking about sometimes. I get that children on vrchat can be an issue to you and maybe you want them all gone. but jesus christ atleast think critically for one moment.

@LumiiVRC Yeah. I would not mind if someone rips my personal avatars. I only use bases that can be bought by anyone anyway. Only the textures are something personal. And if any of my friends sees someone having my avatar, they will know it is not me, because they dont have my username.

Why do people care about ripping? The only reason people ever ripped my avatars was to come up in it to my face to try to taunt me.. so i just made them public. Never had to worry about it / people getting ripped copies because like, who cares, anyone can use it anyway

To fight avatar ripping, I suggest giving DexProtect a try!, it's on gumroad, and encrypts your model to your PC through OSC ^^. The only inconvenience is a few parameters and your invisible for 5 seconds when loading.

@NSFWorgal @EpicTheFox_SFW No. I just say kids overall should not attend cons where alcohol, late night partying and some "private time" is big part of the convention. ESPECIALLY when there is events with "relaxed" dress codes. Better to be safe than sorry. As they say.

The vrchat beta "looks" radial menu doubles as a menu you can use to add your favorite personal avatars and quickly swap avatars without needing to open the big menu. don't even need to add the new accessories to use it. honestly kinda nice to have

@SafeForWhanos Funny enough, based on my own experince, the amount of "cheaters" I encountered, dropped nearly 99% after the introducion of the EAC. At least have not had random user crashing my game almost 4 years now, when before EAC, it was something that happened prettty much every day.

@SafeForWhanos If you have played before the EAC, you would know what kind of a Wild West the instances were back then. Not even single day went by, where there would had not been random crashers in the instance. It was REALLY annoying. Once the EAC was added, this completely stopped.
