naturally the number of victims of this behavior went up. and very slowly everyone began to realise the problem, only when it hit them
personally but they couldnt care any less when it was a service that wasnt in their checklist.

around 2011 apple started being extremely anti repair by reducing repair parts availability on the market and not releasing data or schematics. nothing was done about it. now over the past few years many companies started following the same path.
