@SkullyLive@JoshOG True but to start it doesn’t have to be a drastic good kick. It can be simple as different shopping decisions or hell even before any food changes. Start with going for a walk instead of sitting longer, a job, a run, sit-up, push-ups.
It's insane how much you can change in only 2 years
Went from being at an all time low and depressed to loving life and putting my mental and physical health first
If I can do it, so can you 💪
@SkullyLive@JoshOG Yeah you’re right but you don’t have to eat it as a sandwich either. All I’m saying is there are ways. Excuses and being lazy is an easier mindset. If you truly can’t make changes to afford it then I understand.
@Propane_Bobby1@JoshOG You can do it! It’s so easy to be lazy find ANYTHING to give you motivation. It takes a few weeks and you will be addicted to it and feel amazing with so much energy! It’s worth it
@JoshOG Props man, I've been struggling to find the courage and will to get up and do something. Being alone makes it even harder. I can't rely on my family and I don't have many friends leaving me to do it alone.
@julesx416@JoshOG It’s not you can do little things at home. Walking/running outside. Planet fitness is $10 a month. Eggs are cheap, tuna is cheap. There are meals that you can prep that turn out to be $2-$3 per meal. It’s mindset issue not money issue.
@JoshOG I feel like it’s so much easier for wealthy people to say things like this. It’s easier to eat well and train effectively when money and time is not a concern. Props though. Wish I had it in me.
