@ambrosianuss Hornissen- und Wespengifte sind Peptide also kurze Proteine die bei erhöhter Temperatur denaturieren und nicht mehr wirken also wenn du es für 30min übe 60C hattest sollte es ungiftig sein

Angenommen eine Hornisse wäre beim Kochen unbemerkt in den Thermomix gefallen und ein Weilchen mitgekocht worden, kann man das noch essen oder ist es - nach Entfernung der Hornissen-Leiche- gefährlich wegen des Gifts? (Von „eklig“ jetzt mal abgesehen)

I’ll do a full thread next week, but I’m ecstatic that our latest paper is published in ACS Chemical Biology @ACSBioMed! Phosphothreonine is a uniquely ordered amino acid. There is a fundamental, inherent difference between Thr and Ser phosphorylation. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
