@mike_petriello @buckweaver I will add that I believe Jacob updates 100 or more bios every year, for one reason or another (death of the subject, adding hyperlinks, etc. SABR doesn't rest. It's an ongoing process. There is a "contact us" link adjacent to every biography, to submit suggested changes.

Watching the Patriots game last night on TV, I was glad to see Sara Thomas working as a referee. One of these days we'll have a woman umpire in the majors.

Game. Changer. This hopefully pushes ownership (of all leagues) to start asking are we considering women for these roles, and if not, at the very least, are we grooming them for the future. We’ve always needed ONE to start the conversation...the shift. Here’s to the @Marlins
