As a Vietnam War veteran who was lucky to make it home, not a day goes by that I don't think about my high school buddies who were not as fortunate. They cared more about our freedom than their own lives. We honor their memory, and we honor Vietnam veterans across the nation.

On Palm Sunday, the crowds recognized the Messiah. Jesus entered as King. Now, as Easter approaches, we celebrate what His arrival and resurrection mean for those who follow Him.

The United States was founded as a Christian nation, and nobody said it more clearly than Charlie Kirk. The Charlie Kirk American Heritage Act will allow that truth to be taught in classrooms across Tennessee.

Our nation was founded upon Christian values and principles. There’s nothing more foundational to those principles than the 10 Commandments, and there is no better example to lift up for our children. This is common sense.

The Republican women are the lifeblood of our party. I would never have been elected without them! What a great day we spent with them, Senator Harshbarger and I were proud to provide the shuttles to get them all back and forth for the annual lunch and conference.

The Medal of Honor is America's highest military decoration; a tribute to extraordinary bravery. Today we celebrate those heroes whose actions changed the course of history and saved lives.

Grateful for today's meetings with SEAL Team Six on law enforcement and school security, with Tennessee Farmers and Food Bank on our farm-to-food-bank initiative, and with the best and brightest from our own ETSU. Thank you for serving Tennessee!

Today, @ReneaJones4TN and I had the chance to meet with our Carter County Farm Bureau. They have been a great asset to all of us on the Hill as they help us to understand the most important issues to our farming communities.

It’s Ag Day on the Hill! Today I met with East Tennessee FFA and AG commissioner Andy Holt. Featured was this large bulldozer, which is also what we use in fighting forest fires, and which we take to other states to help as well.
