@OFall2020 Communication is essential to organizational work. Framing communication allows us to be intentional and mindful of interactions. If I can identify a frame that works best in a situation, I can also identify communication techniques to best fit. @OFall2020

@OFall2020 @OFall2020 The authors used B and D’s 4 frames along with Huntington’s Political institutionalization to develop 6 strategies for OT. The 5th one, Building the Presidential Platform is a clear use of the symbolic frame. It raises a president as a figure of integrity on campus.
