A few years ago, back when I was credulously (and inaccurately) covering the UFO story, I started to receive offers to appear on TV shows like this. There was even talk of me having my own paranormal-hunting TV show. I appeared on "Ancient Aliens" twice and then walked away for various reasons. The main reason was that I discovered it's all bullshit and I didn't want my children growing up, looking back, and realizing their father was a professional idiot who promoted lies and nonsense. I watch the brutal video by Mick West below and just cringe imagining if I was in it. I very easily could have been. I look at my kids and thank God that I'm not.
