@7imup girl when i tell u finding other swaps helps SO much more. unsweet tea w splenda/stevia, flavor packets for water like crystal lite, or zero sugar drink like cranberry or apple juice makes ALL the difference. the tea helps me the most & i actually can last on that for hours
