Indiana's neighbors are reaping the benefits of regulated cannabis markets while we're stuck in the past.
Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio have legalized. They're generating tax revenue, creating jobs, and keeping consumers safe with testing and regulation.
Meanwhile, Indiana? We're sending our residents across state lines and missing out on millions in economic opportunity.
It's time for a Safe and Regulated cannabis market in Indiana. Let's catch up. 🌱
Indiana legislature just introduced two cannabis bills:
🟢 HB 1191: Decriminalize up to 2oz
🟢 HB 1298: Reclassify to match federal moves
Neither creates the safe, regulated market we need—but the conversation is shifting.
Every neighbor state has moved forward. Time for Indiana to catch up.

New Year, New... Laws? 🤞
The Feds are rescheduling. Our neighbors are regulating. Meanwhile, Indiana is still rocking 1990s policy. It’s time for a 2026 glow-up. ✨
Let’s resolve to prioritize public safety, test products, and protect consumers this year.
Our veterans fought for our freedom, but they shouldn't have to fight for their healthcare.
Thousands of Hoosier vets are forced to cross state lines to access safe, regulated cannabis for PTSD and pain management. It's time to stop treating our heroes like criminals. 🇺🇸
🚨 FAKE NEWS ALERT 🚨
A conservative think tank lobbying AGAINST rescheduling just dropped a poll claiming Trump voters oppose legalization.
In Indiana? 7/10 voters—including a vast majority of conservatives—support legal, regulated cannabis.
They're scared. We're winning.
Alcohol prohibition lasted 13 years before Americans realized it was a disaster. It created black markets, empowered criminals, and didn't stop people from drinking.
Cannabis prohibition? We're going on 90+ years of the same failed approach.
Good news: we can learn from history instead of repeating it. 🤷
U.S. Supreme Court Rejects Marijuana Companies' Case Challenging Federal Prohibition: The case, Canna Provisions v. Bondi, failed to receive the needed votes from four justices to grant certiorari.

BREAKING: Supreme Court meets Friday to discuss a case challenging federal marijuana prohibition. Meanwhile, Trump is reportedly "close" to rescheduling cannabis from Schedule I to Schedule III.
Indiana is running out of excuses. Every neighboring state has legalized. The feds are moving forward. It's time for safe and regulated cannabis in Indiana.
Tag your state rep and senator. Tell them you support Safe and Regulated Indiana.
***IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR OHIO STATE FANS VISITING INDIANA***
To our Ohio neighbors who may be coming to the Big Ten Championship Saturday - a friendly reminder:
UNLIKE OHIO, INDIANA IS NOT A LEGAL CANNABIS STATE.
What is a legal, tax-paying product in Ohio becomes a criminal offense the second you cross into Indiana.
Does that make sense to anyone?
We didn't think so either.
Enjoy the game, drive safe, and help us change the law so we don't have to post warnings like this next year.
PS - GO HOOSIERS! ⚪🔴🏈
- Safe and Regulated Indiana
Prohibition doesn’t stop people from using cannabis. It just stops the state from managing it safely.
We can’t ban the demand, but we can regulate the supply.

Tired of dodging potholes?
Colorado has used marijuana tax revenue to fund over $400 million in school construction. Michigan is pouring millions into their transportation fund.
Indiana? We are leaving that money on the table while our infrastructure waits for funding.
Legalize. Tax. Fix the roads. It’s not that complicated.

Today is 'Green Wednesday', it is typically the second-highest day for cannabis sales of the year.
Right now, dispensaries in Michigan, Illinois, and Ohio are PACKED. They are generating record sales and collecting millions in tax revenue today alone.
Meanwhile, Indiana is getting $0.
We are letting millions of dollars in economic activity drift across our borders. It’s time to bring that revenue home to fix our roads, fund our schools, and support our communities.

Hoosiers believe in personal responsibility and limited government.
It is not the government's job to police the private choices of responsible adults (21+). It is the government's job to ensure that products on the market are safe and that our communities are funded.
Legalization allows law enforcement to stop chasing plants and start focusing on violent crime, while we generate revenue to support our schools and police. That’s common-sense.

**Patients are not Criminals. Relief is not a Crime.** 🩺
Regulating cannabis isn't just about taxes; it's about dignity and quality of life.
It’s about giving veterans, chronic pain sufferers, and those with debilitating illnesses a safe, regulated, and affordable option that works for them.
We are asking for compassionate, common-sense reform that protects Hoosier families and prioritizes their well-being.
What would legal access mean for you or someone you love?

New research finds that women who use cannabis at a 'high intensity' report greater romantic relationship satisfaction! 💚
This is just one more study showing the diverse ways cannabis can impact health, well-being, and even relationships. It's past time for Indiana to embrace the science and allow Hoosiers to safely access a substance that could enhance their quality of life.
Ten years ago, Illinois officially began regulated medical cannabis sales.
While the law was passed in 2013, it was in 2015 that Illinois patients could finally walk into a state-licensed dispensary and legally purchase lab-tested medicine. This marked the start of a decade of successful regulation, patient access, and a clear safety record.
The Takeaway for Indiana:
10 Years of Proof: A decade of regulated sales next door proves that cannabis can be managed safely, responsibly, and successfully.
Hoosier Patients Wait: Our neighbors have had ten years of relief from debilitating conditions, while Indiana patients are still being forced to break the law or drive out of state.
Economic Opportunity Lost: All the revenue from those 10 years has benefited Illinois's tax base, not ours.
It’s past time for Indiana to stop delaying. Our neighboring states have shown how this can be done.

Happy Veterans Day. To all that have served, we honor and thank you.
Safe and Regulated Indiana is proud to be supported by thousands of Hoosier veterans. They are one of the reasons we fight for legalization.
Our veterans deserve access to cannabis because it is effective at treating conditions like glaucoma, cancer, multiple sclerosis, chemotherapy-induced nausea and PTSD.
For those who sacrificed so much, the least we can do is give them access to life-changing medicine.
If you talk to a vet today, thank them for their service.
EYE POPPING NUMBERS: In 2024, over 9,000 Hoosiers were arrested for marijuana crimes.
That is MORE THAN 1 PERSON PER HOUR - 365 DAYS A YEAR.
This is dumb for many reasons:
- Arresting people for doing things that are legal in dozens of other states.
- Costing our government millions in tax dollars.
- Taking law enforcement away from stopping violent crime.
- Disproportionately impacting minority communities.
It's time to end prohibition!
