Running my first PCR in almost 2 years and I've never been so pleased to move small amounts of liquid from one tube to another

@FrazerMccuaig I've just looked at git bash and it looks like it's what I need thanks! I went overkill and installed a ubuntu vm to get try get around my issue

@SamJTDMicro Have you tried the git bash emulator for windows? Alternatively could you ssh into your ubuntu machine with putty and write your scripts in the putty terminal?

Been learning how to use bash scripts to automate my bioinformatics and just discovered that all my issues stem from the fact that scripts written in windows just don't run when put into ubuntu?

Currently in awe of how much data the new @cerillollc plate reader can produce, a reading every 3 mins for just over 24 hours is mad!

@BugsInYourGuts No I'm still poking around with that data using Growthcurver and giving it another run soon

While I appreciate that #rstats is an incredibly powerful tool, I do like that I can have a bit of fun making things like this every now and again
