@IwanOwen3 @Carter0Brandon @HM_Passport I had to send my upgrade email request 7 times. With URGENT in the title...i then rang through to progress team and they sent another urgent request for upgrade. It was then that they rang the morning after. No charge either

@meganmackay Just keep onto them! Ring and ask to speak with the progress team. Ask them to resend the request as urgent xx

@meganmackay Documents sent to Liverpool. Applied for upgrade team with them also. But sent upgrades to basically every place based on the fact i hadn't heard anything. Had my upgrade request sent by progress team via phone 3 times. Call this morning from liverpool upgrade xx

@HM_Passport @theodoraclarke passport application sent Feb. No communication as to a further document that was needed, despite multiple queries spanning weeks from my part. Told 22.04 it is my birth cert they need to see. All documents sent. I travel 06.05.22 #liverpoolpassport

@HM_Passport Having applied for upgrade to fast track 3 times, the first time being 22.04.22 and still haven't heard anything. How long is it taking for the upgrade teams to get in touch please? My application has been with you since February!!!
