This is also why bottom surgery for Trans Feminine people works.
Both genitals are made of most of the same tissues, nerves, etc so you can just rearrange it via surgery and your brain and body just understands how it works.

gonna be the woke friend for a second & share some info: if u have a clitoris then u also get boners aka increased blood flow to the genitals. the clit came first/a penis is a version of a clit. the clit has a higher number of nerve endings but both have a lot of similarities!
