There aren't "human-alien hybrid" programs on Earth. Humans aren't being targeted by malevolent non-humans outside the parameters of "spiritual warfare". The problem we face is a lack of discernment about which ET races are here and why, because many people are still stuck in outdated fear-based narratives. The UFO community still doesn't understand the Galactic Federation presence, or how they created modern humans and continually protect us from extinction. Here is what I have learned in eighteen months of studio alignment. The pattern is the same everywhere. It does not vary. The game ships. The game succeeds. The stock responds. The team is reduced. The savings are captured in the next earnings call. The earnings call describes the savings as "operational discipline." The analysts on the call do not ask which teams were reduced. The analysts on the call ask about margins. The margins improved. They always improve. That is what alignment does to margins. I have a conference room on the third floor of EA's Redwood City campus. The conference room is called Titan. Every conference room on the third floor is named after a Battlefield map. I conduct alignment calls from a room named after a thing that was built by the people I am aligning out of the building. I have never thought about this before. I am thinking about it now only because you asked. It does not change anything. The room is booked through April. The severance packages are still being calculated. In every alignment I have conducted — and I have conducted eleven across three companies — the severance is always still being calculated at the time of the announcement. I have one value. The value is alignment. I align teams with the long-term vision. The long-term vision is a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet does not have a column for "built the best-selling game in America." The spreadsheet has a column for headcount and a column for cost. The game is in the revenue line. The team is in the cost line. I move the cost line. The revenue line stays. The word "alignment" appears four times in the memo. I have used it twenty-three times in this confession. The conference room is booked through April. I will be here in April. They will not. The spreadsheet calls this alignment. The spreadsheet is correct.

After a little over two years running the @psicoactivopod channel, I’ve learned a few things about this field that I feel the need to comment on. First of all, I’m well aware that I’m an outsider. Not being from one of the Five-Eyes countries has made me realize quickly that not everyone from the UFO community is as welcoming as I thought. I had no clue how contested everything is in this world. Nor did I know the level of ego wars I was getting myself into. But more importantly, I didn’t realize how much people in this space like to mark their territory. It’s all good, given that I also believe everybody is approaching this topic from their own subjective experience and their own style. There really is a type of information or content for every taste & curiosity. In my case, I’ve already experienced unsavory moments with some of the most famous personalities on the field. I guess there is this sensation that my urge to publish news comes from a supposed desire I have to get ahead of others. Allow me to clarify that. Yes, I like the immediacy of news because I spent the majority of my career inside a breaking news environment. However, the work I try to deliver has nothing to do with me trying to "get ahead" from the rest. I disagree with most people at the very top who gate keep information that is not putting anybody in danger. If I get a whiff of that info, I will more than likely publish it if I consider it harms nobody. Given the nature of my work, I completely understand why some prominent figures in the community can’t develop relationships with me. It’s not something I’m actively looking for. Simply because I don’t want to feel uncomfortable if I have to report unsavory news about them. I’m okay with that. But to those who are close to the action, who understand the nature of my work and still are crazy enough to be my friends. All I gotta say is that you are real ones. Regardless of what some think about how annoying or nosy I can be, I will always try to get along with as many from this community as I can. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
