Zimbabwe has marked a major milestone in HIV prevention with the official launch of the long-acting injectable Lenacapavir at Epworth Polyclinic. Administered once every six months, the injection is set to transform prevention efforts by offering a more convenient and discreet option, particularly for young women and other populations at high risk, strengthening the country’s response to HIV and advancing public health outcomes.
