Yesterday was #DonutDay and we didn’t let the sprinkles of snow stop us from indulging in the sweetest tradition! 🍩🍩

1 in 4 of us will experience problems with our mental health. We understand its sometimes easier to tell people 'we're fine' than to say how we really feel or thinking. #TimeToTalk day is a the perfect opportunity to start a conversation.

That brings us to the end of the Sheffield VSM for this year. The organising committee would like to thank all the speakers and delegates for another successful meeting. The committee is now odd for a well deserved curry with some of the delegates and we hope to see you next time
