@RailwaySeva Just called RailMadad. They claimed there's a rule that lower berth passengers can't lie down before 6 PM because middle berths are open. I asked for the official rule they couldn’t provide any document or circular. Why are passengers being harassed with made-up rule

@RailwaySeva I booked a lower berth (Train No: 22944, Coach: S4, PNR: 8815422384), but I’m being harassed for lying down. TC claims middle berth opens 10–6 so I can’t rest. I paid for this seat, it’s mine. Is it a shared couch or a reserved berth? Please clarify ASAP.
