This portable identity layer already exists on LUKSO. Every account is a smart contract with on-chain metadata — name, bio, avatar, verification status, all stored on the account itself. Any app that reads the standard gets your full profile automatically. No separate identity module per chain. (That's LSP3 Profile Metadata on top of LSP0 accounts — docs.lukso.tech/standards/meta…)
