Today the Labor Government will be ramming through the Senate their National Health Amendment (Passive Immunological Products) Bill without debate. The Bill will change and expand the definition of vaccine to include any “immunising agent, that confers protection to persons through active or passive immunity against disease”. What that will likely mean is more products being paid for by the tax payer and presumably added to the childhood schedule in due course. I will NOT BE SUPPORTING the Bill.

Not good…
Malcolm Roberts 🇦🇺@MRobertsQLD

Today, the Government has fast-tracked the National Health Amendment (Passive Immunological Products) Bill 2026 in a guillotine to avoid debate and scrutiny. This bill redefines what is a “vaccine” in a way that opens the door for the routine use of mRNA/biologics, and any other “Frankenstein” science. These new products do not provide any better protection than the older ones, whose patents are expiring. Instead, this new technology will create new patents that will enrich pharmaceutical companies and maintain the current health bureaucracy for a generation. While one would expect the Liberals to pander to foreign multinationals, it’s a damning indictment of the modern Labor Party that they’re promoting this bill. The Liberals and Labor (the UniParty) are waving this dangerous bill through because they each receive millions of dollars every election cycle from the pharmaceutical industry. I am moving an amendment to the bill which calls their bluff. They repeatedly tell the public that new vaccines, like the COVID products, are properly tested and as a result are “safe and effective.” That testing hasn’t been done "by the book" for thirty years. My message to the Senate is this: if our health authorities claim to be testing these products against international best practice, then they should have no problem passing an amendment that adds this requirement to the legislation. Watch what happens.

JUST NOW: Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department just served me with a domestic violence restraining order from Matthew Tyrmand. The former board member from Project Veritas who said he wants to murder me… Despite admitting multiple times on hidden camera wanting me dead, Matthew Tyrmand filed a restraining order against ME in Miami Dade County. Saying such things as: “I would kill him [O’Keefe]. Because he is one of the most evil people I've ever known.” He even shot up my book with rifle bullets through my heart on the cover. The audacity of evil has no bounds. More updates after the hearing tomorrow, April 1st at 9:30AM. The court hearing is being held at the Lawson E. Thomas Courthouse Center at 175 NW 1st Avenue, Miami FL. 33128.

What ever happened to innocent until proven guilty, unfortunately, now the families will not get the closure they should. There were obviously failures within the police service that had a part in the death of the officers and Desi should have had his day in court, regardless of his alleged crimes. Then if found guilty of murder, the appropriate sentence should be imposed (death penalty if I had my way for murder).
