When we say your life could change, most people immediately think of money. But my life changed the day I encountered the rugged, bloody cross of Jesus Christ. It was 12 June 2009... a Friday evening around 8pm... and from that moment, my life was never the same again!

For someone who works in a primary school, I’ll say this: kids don’t care about fancy lunch boxes. 8/10 just eat snacks, then go home with a full lunch box or give it away after school because they’re hungry by then. We get that you want to show you can afford it, but don’t let your child suffer for social media validation. Don’t lose the recipe, you know what kids actually want. They’ll trade those fancy lunch boxes for a simple sandwich with polony and cheese.
